In this comparison of cross-cultural collaboration and team activity coordination, a second design suggestions for Individual Community and Monochronic Time oriented cultures could be proposed. This hypothesis is LOCAL CORNER, an individual online space for each local team to support building internal consensus before a local solution is communicated to the remote team. This solution is especially supportive of individualistic cultures such as Austria in negotiating and finding an internal collective point of view which can be presented to a Collective Community culture. This lowers the risk of a breakdown caused by the inability of the Collective Community oriented remote team to accommodate to multiple individual ideas of the Individual Community oriented local team members.
